It was very hard for me inviting my family through the nomination process. All they did was to consume much of my time. I had Facebook reference from a group member to work with ZSA and when I contacted them, they partnered me with one of their recruitment agents which he helped me and my family every step of the way. it worked for me. Now I've been with my family for 2 days now and I am very happy

Hi Ms kimmy! did you have your pof ready before submitting sinp after ita.are they strict about the 3mos rule prior to sinp application

Yes, they are strict with the 3mo maturity of POF. Before you upload the bank statement or any POF document for submission after ITA, make sure that your POF has maintained the required POF based on the count of your family members regardless if they will be coming with you or not. One of the most common ineligibility reasons for applicants are insuffucient POF bec (1) funds are not maintained 3mos before submission of application and (2) If POF is not in CAD -- your funds become insuficient bec of forex. This is also why its best to add a little bit more from the required POF to have a bit of cushion should there be forex spikes.

Fees listed are tax inclusive na. Hindi ako sure sa fees ng hard to fill pilot program, pero since it requires issuance of work permit from qualified employers, most yung likely biometrics fee ang i-shoulder mo dyan. Kasi with work permit, yung company ang nagbabayad ng fees sa Canadian Gov't for the applicant.

This really depends on the draws, wether its the NOC or points. bec every draw which usually happens every 2weeks, there will be a set of NOCs and req'd minimum points to be inviter. Both criteria shall be met. Processing timeline also varies after receiving ITA based on completeness and accuracy of docs or qualifications submitted.

Heyaaa, we actually stayed with family when we arrived here in Canada up until we signed an apartment lease. You can try searching home rentals thru Airbnb for temporary home when you arrive in Canada because I think monthly rate with airbnb's is far cheaper than the per night rate of hotels. when you receive ITA, you need to upload your POF. If your score has a high chance based on the previous draws, you should have your POF ready when you submit your EOI. EOI to ITA are quick if you have a high score since draws usually happens every 2 weeks.

Yes, if your pathway is SINP-EE, then you should create you EE profile first before creating EOI, because you need to provide your EE profile number when you create your EOI.

Yes, they should be living in Saskatchewan. You will need to submit a proof of residency for the family member that you will declare. I had to submit documents named under my family member with home address to prove residency (1year billing statement or Saskpower, Payslip, Land Title/Lease Contract)

Hi, we are a family of 4. Is it a red flag if I will be applying in SINP as solo? I will still declare my family but I will be going to Canada first and they will just follow after a year or 2. In this set up, is the required POF smaller? or do we still need to present a POF for a family of 4? Thank you vm ☺️🙏

No, hindi sya red flag. Along the application process meron dun question if coming with family or not. Kailangan mo parin sila i-declare even hindi mo sila kasama when you first land. Yung POF requirement will still be based on the number of your family members regardless if they are coming with you or not. Important that you declare them as well para madali nalang din process when its time for them to follow. :)

Ideally, yes. Because when you create your SINP profile, you have to type in your Express Entry Profile Number 😊

Hi Kimmy! 😊 Thanks for this very detailed video. 😊 Me and my partner are preparing for our PNP application in SK right now, this is helpful. Hope you'll upload more videos in terms of what's it like settling in SK, was it difficult to find jobs for you and your husband? How did you find your accommodation? How did you adjust to the weather? One question: for the PNP PR pathway, is it still possible for you to settle in another province? Is there like a "holding period" since the province/SK was the one who nominated you?

yey! happy you find it helpful. will try to make a vlog with your suggestions as well, we are still in the process of job hunting din. hehe.. For the holding period, I don't remember if there were clauses along the application process for that. I actually did not pay attention to that bec our family is really residing here in SK and as of now we do not have any plans on moving. But, I just recently read from a group that someone got an ADR to explain and prove their intention to live in here in SK, bec the immig officers know that they have family members in a different province. So if anything, I think the process is more critical on checking the "reasons of staying". And when you get here, based from what we see now, you really can't move right away bec you have to wait for your healthcard, your PR fee, then do your taxes on the 1st year as a newcomer and 2nd year as a regular resident.

huhu, ang sakit sa puso sagutin ng tanong mo sis 🥺 if not eligible, hindi ka makakapag create ng ee profile. check mo kung ano yung factor bakit not eligible yung qualifs mo and try if kaya mo ma meet yon?.

Sinp hard to fill pilot po yung anak ko tanong ko laang po need po ba ma siya ang magbayad ng federal fee or yung employer po nya?thank you po kung masasagot

Hindi po ako masyado familiar sa process ng hard to fill program, pero if ever po siguro na may babayaran sa IRCC po dapat ang bayad, hindi sa employer or at least if thru the employer ang bayad, traceable dapat kung para saan yung payment. Usually visa processing fee sa home country (sa VFS) po ang babayaran.

Saskatoon yung location namin. And yes, I'm now working, I now have a job 😁 pero when we arrived, we enjoyed the holidays muna and took our time to adjust and move in to our apartment before we started searching for employment.
