Hi, I have a question about the confirmation letter that we get from IRCC upon applying for a work permit extension. My original pgdm expired on March 5th, 2023. I have applied for an extension on 23rd Feb, 2023 but I've not received the confirmation letter. Does it mean there is something wrong with the application?

Hi Kubeir, Should the WP extension application be filed by the candidate or their current employer (same for the past one year) or just support the application with the employer's reference letter? Is there a seperate portal for that or same as PGWP? Please advise, thanks.

Hi Mr. Kubeir, I have been working in Canada with a PGWP since April 2021. I was outside of the country from November 2022 till February 2023, but I continued working for the same Canadian company during that time. I was on the company’s payroll and taxes were being deducted. My work permit is still valid. Can this (the time when I was outside of Canada) be considered valid Canadian work experience for CEC? Thank you.

I applied to medical council of canada to share that ECA report to OINP. they shared that report but there is one condition that ECA report is available to OINP for one month only Should I share again till i get my nomination

Urgent Help Needed!!!! Sir recently my one year Diploma course visa application was approved. The course is starting from May 2023 and I will be landing in Canada on 12th April 2023. My question is can I apply for PR (Via EE & PNP) or should I land first and then apply! Will it create any problem to have an EE profile when I land and get my study permit. What do you suggest Sir

Sir backlogs for PR are not almost cleared. Based data released on 31st of January, there is around 350k PR applications in the backlog. Combined with their active inventory, that's enough quota for the year.

Backlogs for PR are almost cleared. Pausing draws won't help that anymore
