I wanted to know what type of things you do for home healthcare? are you still completing treatments, giving IM injections etc. could you describe what tasks you do ? Im trying to decide what type of lpn job to choose I am interested in home healthcare but I also don't want to lose all the knowledge I learned in school.

You definitely will not lose the knowledge from school. You'll actually be very dependent on it. To answer your question, yes, you are still completing tx's, blood draws and all the stated above. You can specialize in wound care, become vent/trach trained, and a host of other things.

Is the miles driven daily A lot? how many miles is too much? I'm struggling with wrapping my mind around putting a lot of miles on my car!

It all depends on how far you're willing to drive. You can choose not to drive beyond a certain point, however you'll limit your earning potential. I'm going to post a video on this this week.

To better answer your question though, its not uncommon to put on 100 miles per day. If you plan to do this full time, I'd seriously consider investing in a quality bucket (old honda, toyota), lol.
