I truly don't understand how can your groceries be only 1000 NOk per month...that would be 100 euros...is Oslo that cheap? I arrived to Balestrand a small village in western Norway and the groceries are by far my biggest expence...always searching for the lowest prices and hunting for discounted products and still I payed more in one week than what you are paying in a month...not to mention that fresh vegetable and fruit are not an option here...is like buying gold every time when I watch those prices...But a very useful video by the way:)
