They are earning the same. These are specialists nurses. Meaning they added another One year qualification on top of their 3 year qualification. So entry level teacher and post level 1 teacher earn the same salary amount. Exclude other allowances that nurses are getting.

I have learnt a lot from watching these videos mainly because the of the similarities between various basic income though variations is normal when it comes to Gross across various professions.Remember something like overtime and bonuses are subject to higher volatility and cannot depend on them.😊

Medical technologists work long shifts just like nurses and Dr. I used to work 6 to 6 7days a week then the next week off. The diagnoses depends on the lab results so its a 24hr service for the Drs.
