Hi! Thanks for watching. I can try to slow it down a bit! It may make the videos more like 45 minutes to an hour though. I feel like most people wouldn’t watch? I’ll try it out next time. My kid just told me there may be a setting on playback that you can watch it at a slower speed. I’ll be filming more soon once the road construction eases up a bit 😅

Thanks for tuning in! No it’s not typically green here year around. It depends a lot on how much precipitation we get during the winter, but it’s usually pretty green April to August.

a couple of them do, but not too many. "Patio" style homes often have HOA's that include lawn maintenance, snow removal, water and sometimes insurance as well
