Three million for a fixer in Thunderbird! 😂😂. Yeah I always think the properties in Mission Hills look great for the asking price but yeah, there’s that land lease. Whenever I think something is a great price, there’s almost always a land lease. I think these videos are likely super helpful for people that don’t know the area well and like you said, are looking on Redfin and can’t compare apples to oranges. Great video as always Professor Jordan!
