You probably just have to go to Lyft or contact them on the app and they will give it to you , but not sure if electric car is valid anymore for new plates

It depends on your insurance company but most have different payment options , my insurance company had either monthly or yearly

No updates as of yet , I think this is a permanent thing , unless you can buy it off somsome through an LLC

Yes you can still get a TLC license , as far as registering the car , TLC is not accepting new cars at the moment . So you would probably have to rent in order to drive
