"There used to be - called Medigap Plan F. It covers both Medicare deductibles and all copays/coinsurance so there is nothing to pay out-of-pocket. Unfortunately, Medicare Plan F is being phased out in 2021 due to Congress curbing medical overspending and providing adequate wages for doctors. "Good question! That depends on how many years you (or your spouse) have worked and paid Medicare taxes. If it has been 10+ years, then you can enroll in Medicare Part A at no cost.
