I am a 12th std student from a tier 3 city and have been really frustrated about the fact that I don't have much exposure to the information of other carrier options apart from engineering and medical cuz here parents neither wish to explore any other fields nor they let their children do any of it by themselves and it becomes quite difficult to do our part of research before taking up any non conventional field due to lack of information available on the common portals. Just found this channel today and am really elated to see their efforts in the much needed sector which would really help youngsters in many ways.

@@punisherplays9587 First of all thank you for your genuine reply and I do understand your point about having a clear goal in one's mind but it ain't like that I wished for something a month ago and now do for another or also I ain't that gullible that I may feel like doing everything I see on internet paying a handsome salary it's just that I know my interests for quite long but the thing is that my parents believe that there isn't much scope in that carrier option although I don't blame them for this cuz neither are they exposed to much information nor do they wish anything bad for me in life and rather want me to do best in life and are being protective about my choices. I don't understand why people don't realize that in abroad packages are good but expenses over there are also high...so in terms of savings there is not much difference. . @@jinfin221 i knew about many indian cities being developing and having bad environment for work currently, so i noticed the historical graph, the southern states are good for studies and work because of people and environment, they were not breached by colonization like the northern states that were completely broken, the base was destroyed and people lost their sense of being in north, they are developing but in a dark recovering period mostly, especially not suitable for students Southern states have: 1. Conserved rich Sense of tradition as well have flexibility with modern development 2. Good environment hence development is easy too 3. Hardworking and super hospitable and dignified people, studying environment is best So people here aren't frustrated, even women feel happy because men don't stare with anger here, so everyone grows, people are just awsome and real here, cause there's a sense of being This includes places like chennai, bangalore, kerala, tamil nadu etc. My friends who went to delhi got caught up in weird dating, drug, weird friend circles, fads, gossips, i cannot deal with all that, especially after studies the work environment gets torturous because of the environment and people's sense of being Until north gets better, you'd get frustrated in such parts in india, so pick places which suit your growth for now. India is best for younsters to grow now because it is cheap, hospitable, rich with ancient essence, you just need to make wise choices

While a UPSC officer will be able to save around 3/4 of his salary, the other one will be spending 3/4 of his salary in rent, groceries, utilities and health insurance as well as tax (depending on the country)

As a student of J&MC I can confirm tgat it has huge scope.Don't listen to the comments section and to people u meet.Everyone wants to get into a wrong path.for example,my bff tild me that Amity university isn't good(all because her cousin want not able to get admission there)

I don't know about journalism, but Public Policy has really good scope both in India and abroad, especially in developing countries. Even in International Organizations like UN, World bank etc you have good scope, but the public policy program in the US is more of a quantitative one, no Indian University offers such a degree. If you want a career in public policy Focus on US schools especially the Kennedy School. Their MPA/ID program is the best public policy program in the world. LSE also has a good program.
