I'm a CCA (city carrier assistant) in NJ aka rookie letter carrier choose wisely ppl, and this job aint it. I signed up bc of all the hours they provide. the turnover rate for my position in 66% yep, 2 out of 3 ppl walk. I'm an idiot thats why I'm still putting up with it wiith this contract news, I may be out of here sooner rather than later
