Don't they are terrible ,the build quality and paint are some of the worst I've seen as a mechanic .I had 1 I refused to work on because you couldn't without the paint coming off. THIS IS LITERALLY A PAID AD

5 min on a sportive/fondo is a lot of places though… obviously no one cares if you came 50th or 20th (at least my wife and kids don’t haha) but for personal satisfaction it can matter. 0.7kph versus a lightweight bike with aero bar is absolutely a measurable difference.

On a solo ride, it's nothing. Riding with a group, 0.4mi/hr could be the difference between staying on and getting dropped.

Since I don't compete in UCI competitions I just installed small clip-on aero bars instead of ribbles and they are much faster than 3 seconds per mile.

I much prefer the Endurance SLR over the Ultra SLR. I'm just not buying into the reason why the ugly bars are built that way. I absolutely love the concept but at the end of the day a bike is only as fast as the rider

They're not really more expensive than market norms which means they'll be fairly cheap when used in 5 years. That said, I've yet to see independent tests showing their road bikes perform terribly well in terms of aerodynamics

@joeybaah3271 comfort is ok. Not as comfortable as other race bikes due to the extreme geometry. Never tried the sl, only the slr.

More drag the more power needed to push it forward . So bad bike for training on , need to build up fitness and strength so need a slow bike . Fast bike for racing only , save your money if just riding for fun .

i really want the ultra as an e bike version i have the sle :) its awesome as a overweight rider i like comfort but by sounds of this beauty it could be awesome as a e bike shame about comfort tho but im sure a different seat could help with that lol
