30 year loan and you can pass the debt onto your kids, definitely the millionaire house without the million dollar lifestyle. Lucky its a small house, shouldn't take too many foam mattress and milk crates to kit it out and a 15 year old corolla in the driveway will top it off if you can afford the rego ,fuel and disgusting tolls and parking Sydney has to offer. We're definitely the lucky country 😅
