You should try Air Bnb there are quiet a few condo's you will find in BGC and this is more in your alley if only staying 20 days so you could pay by days only. A lot of condo's in BGC Air Bnb are rented by day minimum of 1 day and so forth...

You can do AirBnb or Agoda for days or weeks depends on u, and u can also extend it. Look for a fully furnished unit that has the basic necessities that u really need or just the most imp things for u coz probably most of the time u will be going out anyways.. if u want to save then dont be picky and just go for simple and most important for u.

For a short stay you will mostly pay near US prices there. I visit every year and don't stay there at those prices. Try Ortigas which is less nice but a lot cheaper for a place that's still more Western.

Makati City is also beautiful and well organized. But not like BGC, it's modern with many tall buildings and many hotels and restaurants

Broker of Condo units knows a lot more of places to rent because they handled condo unit buyers who convert their units to rent like what you can search in Agoda and Airbnb or Klook.

If you want to stay vacation in Metro Manila there are so many condos roughly 7.5k-12.5k a month outside the BGC, you can also find an apartel type which is fully furnished hotel including utensils but it's a little bit expensive roughly 1,700/day, there are also boarding house accept transients which is per day or short period of stay for the amount of 300-700/night, if you want to stay longer in thrifty way, there are some apartment roughly 6k - 15k/month, but if you really want to stay longer it's better to get a rent to own a condo or real estate and find a pinay wife to be😊

We've been trying to find a unit in BGC, the price they mentioned here are probably pandemic prices. You won't find any place with this price range anymore. For a 1BR unit, you'll lucky if you can rent it for 40K/month. The prices mentioned here are not realistic.

Definitely you can get information from Mergim who is from UK of the Mergims vlog because he has been living there in BGC for more than a year. Mergim knows some real estate agents who can help you find a rental condo. BGC area’s rent now is normally P40,000 to P50,000 a month, but there are Airbnb condos there that you can rent for a week or 2 weeks. Just bring your laptop to upload your videos in Manila. For as long as you can get good Wi-Fi you can upload your videos.

Its cheaper to rent if minimum 6 mos bgc has 25k for studio and 30k up for 1 bedroom But its higher if staycation or short term because the basis is the number of days and nights stays and thats where the rates will be.this vlogger did not ask if the one he interviewed stayed for 6mos or just a few weeks or so.

You probably can not rent for that short amount of time. Airbnb is your option, just put in your time frame. Nobody does their laundry because it is cheap to just leave it in laundrymat, pick it up already folded.

I suggest, you do not stay in BGC for more than 3 days. book an itinerary to the 4-6 philippine islands. Air fare is cheap here. I suggest you go to Cebu, then Iloilo then go to Boracay, after boracay you can fly to Legazpi for mayon volcano.. Filipinos overall are very helping. BGC is a bubble or artificial mini city where You can buy snacks for $0.50 /PHP 30 sometimes even lower lower and buy a $700k PHP 40M Lambo by walking within the city. The cons is if You stay in BGC is that if You will go to the Wish bus(Eton centris) ,ABS CBN , GMA or watch a concert in Araneta Coliseum all of them are in Quezon City which is an hour to an hour 30 minutes away during off peak traffic and 2-3 hours during rush hour traffic.

@@musicgamenews if you'll stay in QC (Quezon City) please be careful with your things and your surroundings. It's much better if you have a Filipino friend to tour you around. BGC is currently the most safe place for foreigners but QC is the Celebrity City. s/he's right, Wish Bus, abscbn, gma, and araneta coliseum were all located in QC.
