Yes, I suspect my brake bill will be significantly higher for this even if I do change them myself! It's definitely the best all-round car I've bought I think 😁 While I wouldn't buy a private plate, there is something refreshingly timeless about having one fitted to an L322, so I will probably just leave it on the car - especially as it ties in to the car's spec! Hey, just got yourself a new subscriber and the reason, your L322. Now I sold mine 3 year ago, reason for selling was my wife found out the MPG of it (I tried to keep it a secret but it got let out of the bag🤷) Mine was returning 27 around town and 36 on a very soft peddle M way run (3.6 V8 D) but who is in a rush? I really do miss my RR, the ride, the comfort, the smell and yes the problems it pulled out of the bag at any time it felt like it. When I sold it, it didn’t have anything wrong with it, but having a firm hand shake with the new owner and words of wisdom, don’t ring me if it goes wrong anytime soon. But that is the exiting bit, just like owning a Fiat, you have one and it’s not going to get you home 😂 To be fair mine never left me stranded and I did drive it through some atrocious weather many times across the A66. Anyway good luck with your channel and I will be looking out for more content on your RR 🏴

Gammonny 🤣 Those things are actually useful if you want (are allowed?) to travel into Europe, means you don't have to get a separate sticker. I don't know if you've still got the car, but it's worth watching Harry's Garage videos on the L322. He swaps the 19-inch wheels for 20-inch, and then fits the all-season tyres from the current series Range Rover. Those can even get you through snow (although possibly not a 120cm snow storm).

Thats a reasonable plate imo, he,s mad.

While I wouldn't buy a private plate for myself, I will be leaving this one on the car as it does tie in to the car's spec and looks quite timeless. Even though I don't particularly like private plates, I will confess that an L322 looks good with one on!

I didn't say the plate wasn't reasonable, it's just I wouldn't buy one myself 😊

Get rid of those awful tatty side steps mate , will make a huge difference. I love my L320 2010 RRS SC and it does have a private plate lol 😏👍🏼. I will never be without a Rangie , such great cars. Look after them properly and they will be fine. The best advice I can give people who ask me what’s it like run I always say if you think you can run a Rangie on a shoestring go look for a Toyota Camry.

$288 pounds! your kidding me! your having a laugh.......I'm in Australia and the same job is over $1000 AUD a side plus labour So your looking at 650+ GBP a side......are your parts and labour just cheap in the UK? A nut and bolt for a Range Rover in Australia is $50!...........I personally have spent over $22000 AUD on my L320 in the past 6 years.....Rejoice my friend at the truly staggeringly low cost of repairs where you live. Come live here in the great southern land and feel the pain and cost of Range Rover ownership, you shall cry often and have to take out a second mortgage on your house. And that's not just early models even the later models are the same. 2017 L494 out of warranty costs a fortune to repair..........Don't worry, be UK happy and remember your driving the best model RR ever built. The MK3 L322.....Cheers from the land down under, where woman glow and men plunder, can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder!

We may have bad weather and bad food but at least we get cheap land rover parts 😅

If you're looking for a car that's pennies to run we recommend a used Toyota Yaris

Must have been lucky then. Endless trouble with our hiluxs and the landcruisers rust like a tesco bbq. Most overrated vehicles on the road. Give me an L322 any day

What a silly comment about gammony or something. You should be proud to be British young man. Let me guess you voted for corbyn? Unsubscribed now

@@BuckleUpShow Not really when you make a derogatory racial slur comment about a union jack which many British are proud of.

I agree. It wouldn't be acceptable to use derogatory racial slurs for anyone else. For me, it destroyed the tone of what was otherwise a great review.
