$6300 mortgage on $150k salary?? Don't forget property taxes and federal/state taxes too! You'll be paying like 70% of your salary for housing!

Yes, at a 150k salary, the homeowner would be feeling pretty house-poor. Wouldn't recommend it. The 210-290k income range I mentioned in the video is much more realistic!
