so task rabbits make more than teachers.......there you go folks. IDK im thinking of quitting school and going TaskRabbit fulltime here in houston. Ive been painting with my dad for a decade, i do tile, finish carpentry, minor electrical, and a bit of drywall. How much demand is there for someone like that? How long does the approval process take? Also what are the big ticket jobs on there that net the highest pay?
@nestoworks34025 жыл бұрын
DrPepperJunior theres always a demand for someone that can offer that much value. Idk how long it would take but you can start offering those services yourself today on craigslist or fb groups. On taskrabbit its per hour and alot of my jobs only take 1 hour, so im trying to set a higher rate and do more of those. I dont like multi day projects

But remember with taskrabbit, $926 is your gross, correct? (1099) So, after taxes, is this still more than you used to make? (So, minus 40% roughly depending on your deduction, where u live s etc.) you made like $560, correct? & this is one mistake that folks who do 1099/contractor work tend to forget, at some point you have to have nearly half of what you "made" to pay your gov taxes.... Just sayin, I about to try this side hustle myself, but know I have to save nearly half to pay taxes later, so I will tuck it away from myself early so I am able to pay my taxes later! Good stuff tho, thanks for the video! :)) 😅
@nestoworks34022 жыл бұрын
Yeah this year i got my stuff together and im going to pay quarterly. Not 40% tho, the great thing about this compared to being an employee is you can write everything off

@nestoworks34024 жыл бұрын
up to you, since I reuse a lot of the tools I only make the client supply the paint. you don't need too much experience, its not rocket science, you just need to be careful not to get paint where it's not supposed to go. its good on Taskrabbit because it always take several hours

@jerydob64993 жыл бұрын
your vehicles miles/gal / miles driven x cost of fuel. See the following. Ex.: 20 ( miles driven) / 20 mpg x $4.00/gal = $4.00. You're welcome.
