The tiny segment at the end where you break down the hours invested is the bit that I think most people forget about. It is both comforting and painful to know that I'm not the only one that spend hours upon hours per video, yet the viewer sees just 5 minutes of that. As someone that loves stats, I appreciate this kind of video - it is both aspirational and grounding at the same time.

I am applauding you for all your honesty here and sharing the business side of what you do on your channel. I have to be honest myself but I am often conflicted, while watching a youtube video, and must determine is the information trying to sway me because of sponsorship or endorsement and sometimes I will not watch a channel due to this reason. Being upfront and putting this information $$ out there is unique and I appreciate this aspect of you, so I will now become a more frequent follower of your channel to see what else you might bring to us. Thank you and look forward to your 2022 channel and videos.

Travis. When I saw the title, I said to myself, " Why does he want or feel the need to do this ?" It is admirable to see someone be successful in what he's trying to accomplish. I've worked 4 jobs at one point, one ft and 3 pt, it HAD to be done but it was a strain on the family, especially my young children. I'm sure you will come to a place where you're comfortable, maybe even doing this FT. Either way, congrats on the growth, always make sure family comes first, and enjoy the talent God has given you to make a good life for you and your family.

I love the video. The subject of running a YT channel is both terrifying and inspiring all the same time, LOL! I’ve often toy with creating a KZbin channel but have never decided on a content direction that felt worthwhile to put in so much time and effort. I believe a previous comment asked what tools and process you follow to make a video. In that same regard, seeing you make a video that is like a day in the life or more appropriately a “video in the life” subject would be excellent. Finally, you mentioned that expenses will vary widely, but a rough estimation of your yearly expenses would be very helpful. It’s another cost of doing business that folks considering this line of work should consider. Thanks again I look forward to your reply!
