So glad I found this channel before it gets big. This is awesome man, I’m currently working in IT Service Desk at a cyber security company for the summer. Graduate with my bachelors in CS in May ‘21. I feel encouraged that I’m in a position that will continue to propel my career forward. There is a program I signed up for where I am prepping to take different IT certifications exams. I have my MTA Security Fundamentals. I will have 8-9 certifications once I complete the the program.

I hate call center jobs, I worked enough of them in customer service, it sucks to think I'd have to go back just to get into IT. Isn't there a way to skip the phone part? I had to smoke weed just to get through the damn job, I doubt that would bode well with an IT job.
