Try to analyse the effect of these bulky tyres on your bikes performance and make a video on that. Such modifications often ruin the bikes actual performance and put undue pressure on its engine, reducing it's life.

You are correct these are just visual changes and a proper analysis should be done. Imagine 100s of people working to come up with a product which is balanced and if we try to change the mechanics it will have its implications

It’s not like that, your engine doesn’t run at its best performance straight from the factory, from the factory, all engines are optimised that they function average in pollution output, power output , heat cycles , kmpl etc, if you change a component like tyres, just tweak the engine , sprockets , etc. If you change one part and think the engine and other parts would adjust then you are right, the engine will have more wear and tear.
