As a supervisor making now 22.50 but getting paid less than 425 per week, it ain't worth it, it wasn't worth it as an hourly employee either 250 per week and working Saturdays just to make 100 extra at long over hour shifts, it ain't worth it in my opinion, work hard just to get cheated out of your true income with the company which ranges to 100 to 200 extra to your overall weekly pay that you DO NOT receive

After 9 or 8 months of employment you are eligible for the benefits and being part of the union. You could become a driver after that period as well!

You can become Union after your 70 day probation. When you have 6 months in you can change to different position in the warehouse . 9 months in you get your benefits and if there any driving position available you can join too but you’ll be a cover driver first before you become full time driver
