im 20 and on my own, with a 2013 Camaro SS LS3 engine with 29k miles 6 Speed manual. 2 tickets , 2 accidents where i was not at fault. I pay $161 a month and I'm from Ohio.

How much did you pay down on the car or should you pay down on a car that is 12,000$

I want to make a video all about how much I paid soon but it was close to $12k ish. I would put down as much as possible and take the longest loan possible. So the monthly payments are the lowest. But generally maybe put 30% down so around $4k is what I would do in your case but it all depends on what the finance guy offers and your current financial situation. Hope this helps. @@NLM payments are lower but overtime you pay way more then you would’ve if you did a smaller loan. You could pay 5k extra just cause you wanted a lower car payment... stupid advice on ur end.
