Great total price for your shop! My backyard. 24x32 finished, with a 9k 2-post lift, 24k minisplit, 10x9 self built carriage door, 100amp service, insulated stick built by me (concrete and shingles on 8/12 pitch roof contracted out) was virtually the same price as your's with the 2.5 acres of land. You did good!!!
