Now it's one of the biggest cities in the world, with a huge stock exchange. Happened in less than 20 years. That's why China so readily invests in Africa. Sometimes life itself has a sense of humour all those Africans looking for greener pastures in Europe and the states will be in for a rude shock cause most of these places are embracing automation,robotics and AI,I've personally have seen this in the company I work in(BMW mini) with almost 800 people loosing their jobs since I've been there(3 years and some change)...it might not happen overnight but in 15 to 20 years the manufacturing and assembly business will be a whole different animal,mwaf anasema the year 3000 but I dare say change might come sooner cause Africans will not be welcome anywhere and they be forced to confront reality and thus confront these neanderthals in government.....pressure bursts pipes

@@kelvingachina no, I think the country has no serious laws and enforcement of them in regard to environment especially in construction. E.g in constructing of buildings a percentage of the land say 10% should be left for trees, and any roads construction the contractor shall plant trees. All these must be followed up and enforced.
