My lush Montana Farm asking price is $ 777,000 . It has Twenty acres. A huge Industrial size Garage , Big Barn, the house is of moderate size and is older but, it was built very solid. What makes this place really valuable is because it also sits right at the Gateway of the ''Garden of 1000 Buddha's'' a recognized Tourist attraction that gets loads of people. Potential is solid. Price will go up on this price as each year passes.

Should you pull equity out of your home to fund other houses and how much perventage wise should you pull. Due to home values going down again so yiu aren't under water. would be a useful video.

Good question. I am right there with you. I can either sell the house and make 6 figures or I can take the equity out of it and use to fund my first flip. If I sell my current home, I will move to a different state and then use the money to buy one house to live and another to flip. If I pull the equity then I might rent out our current home and then use the equity to flip out of state. My family is ready to move out west.

yetijoeyetijoe might want to sell it and move to the new state and rent. this ways you have all the capital to start flipping. buy a home for yourself when you become a millionaire.

I own my house. I dont know the top potential value but I'm guessing 70k or less. I think I could get it there with 20k or so. I dont know if we should move and buy a house that is put together for our large family and just flip this one. Or rent it out to pay an equity loan. I'm just trying to figure out what I should do

Heyy Chris Johan here. So Im 17 years old and from South Africa. There is a deal that I want to do but my parents is not very supportive. So I do not know what to do. Do I still see if I can get the deal or not? If so I have a few questions about the sandwich lease option. Fist of all do I have to pay the deposit or does the new buyer pay for that? Then if I should pay the deposit what % shoud it be and if I sell for what % should I ask the new buyer? If I now got the deal how can I show potensial buyers the inside of the house?Is it in the contract? That is all I have for you now. If you have time would you please answer my questions. Thanks
