oh my gosh yes girl!!! I couldn’t agree more. I started at a junior college in SoCal then went to Kansas to get my BSN, paid 15k a year, paid it off a year later (no interest because of covid) and now I work in LA for a hospital and I work for UCLA too! I always recommend trying to go to JUCO to save $$ and complete pre requisites ✨

Baddies, y’all should definitely apply to as many ADN programs in Los Angeles if you can!! I got into a ADN program on my first try, and it program only cost 6k. FAFSA is covering most of it, so my RN license will be practically free y’all! So yes it’s hard to get in but it’s possible with the right application. Aim for a 4.0, high teas, and relevant experience. Good luck to all pre-nursing babes! ALSO! I’m getting my BSN right after finishing my ADN since my school is connected with many cal states!! Look into each program and find out if they have the ADN-BSN bridge program ☺️

That was me the first few weeks!!! Freshman 15 is REAL. I hope the tips help. Literally if you don’t learn anything, don’t buy a car! Travel or spend your money doing something else! Hehe
