KZbin recommended your cost of living video from last year and the total then was $2,040. 💰 So between last year and this year things have gone up for you by 44.7%. That's quite a jump for 1 year. 📈 It's largely due to inflation and the economy like you said. Hopefully prices start coming down soon and you continue to earn more so that your income out paces inflation. Great job, dope video and all the best. 👍🏾

Your expenses are actually super reasonable - one of the most reasonable I've seen from these videos! (I'm a Nigerian living in London, also in a shared 2bed 2bath, but considering a move to Canada - hence binge watching videos like yours). Only notable differences between our expenses are no car/car insurance/car gas, no internet costs (free with apartment), phone bill is considerably less (for ya'll in North America, the mobile plan prices are just wild! Pele). You don't say what you're able to save / invest though, which would be interesting to learn from if you ever do want to share. Also, your grocery bill is the best I've seen so far! From the other videos I've seen, I haven't been able to understand why people in CA are spending $350/$400 - $600 on groceries. I thought I was maybe missing something & that CA groceries were just super high!! This definitely helps me realise it's just a personal thing. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the comment. Phone/internet In Canada is probably one of the most expensive in the world which is largely driven by some internal factors. I will probably make a video on what I save and stuff . Grocery bill is largely subjective lool , I guess we all shop differently
