I am a MA native, moved to GA about 5 years ago. I would strongly agree with her comment of people overall being much friendlier than the south. I miss the food in Boston, but the weather was a factor as well . If i can have the cost of living in GA in MA I would go back in a heartbeat

$2643 a year ago is likely over $3000 now (2022) with inflation and cost of living. Boston is not that great to justify the pricing (sorry my opinion!) and its not sustainable. Its going to end up like San Francisco where white collar workers are living in vans to be able to work in the city. We live out in Providence to save money. I would tell anyone to live a bit outside so youre not dropping a ton of money to just exist

I pay 1400 a month for mortgage on a 1900sq ft 3bd home in AZ. Renting an apartment at 2500 a month is laughable, and its a 1bd? Seriously, you're throwing a lot of money away and you don't even own the place 😂😂😂
