This is the tour of my $3,000/month apartment in NYC Brooklyn. It's a 715 square foot apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. I actually got this apartment for $2,000/month for the first 6 months because it was a lease takeover, but I recently renewed it.

Not many people point out how good his videos are looking. The editting, the transitions, the background music, the dubbing, the camera work, everything looks so neatly aesthetic. The real dream is being an owner of such buildings, 3k a bunker, looks like there's 7 to 8 bunkers a floor, he's living on the 8th floor say there's 10 floors. 21-24k a floor a month multiplied by the floors = 210k-240k/month, or 3m a year.
