I ve had this podcast muted while I type this because all I needed to see was the title. It’s more of the same underestimating I’ve been hearing for 3 seasons now. I would not be surprised to see Edwards pop a couple more at the horse shoe. A good Trench can spring a home run hitter. UM is not as bad as these guys think. Up 2 scores the last 2 games while working their way thru Offensive adjustments? Remember in 22 when UM barely got by Illinois 19-17?? “UM has no pass game” The next game was OSU and CJ and Loveland had 3 TD’s. It’s been priceless witnessing the underestimating fans including some of Michigans. 3-1 on we go!!!!!

Huge Michigan fan and yea we look like crap and until we fall in line with you guys and Oregon on spending money this is gonna be a rough future for the mighty wolverines. I really hope this year is a good lesson on what you need to do to put an elite team together. Lessons need to be learned the hard way sometimes. Pete Rose died today, and one of my first thoughts was the comparison of his situation to that of Michigan. Rose bet on his own team, yes it was illegal, but he didn't shave points or throw games, and he was banned for life. What Michigan did was far worse - they gained a competitive advantage over opponents for three whole seasons before being caught. I am praying for the death penalty, but I don't expect it will happen. As for this season, they have been unbelievably lucky. Here's to their luck running out soon.

As a Michigan fan, the Wolverines are exactly like I was fearing they would be when you lose 60% of your starters and your coaching staff at the same time. Had hoped that there was enough talent left and enough continuity for them to surprise but clearly that's not happened. At this point if they go .500 the rest of the way it would have to be considered a success with where they are now. Unless our recruiting takes a leap, we are in serious danger of being "mid" for the foreseeable future.

I feel like michigan is in the same position as 2021. Not winning by big margins but still making small improvements at qb. Cade macnamara wasnt lighting it up until the wisconsin game. The staff did do orji a disservice by trying to make davis the "hope he can be luke jj" starter. Now they are starting over with orji. If he can make improvements each week michigan can still be a match against osu. Michigan wasnt supposed to win in 21 against that dangerous squad of stroud, olave, wilson, and henderson...and yet....

I understand why they did it, but Michigan should have kept playing Warren. Orji is a good kid but DOA as a QB. Warren looked like JJ McCarthy in the pocket, but with interceptions. Turnovers are bad but not much worse than 115 total yards passing in two games.

For anyone wondering “On the line” is offsides on a kickoff. By definition the line, like the end zone” is a continuous plane, if you’re at the line you’re offsides… He was also a full yard further than his teammates so offsides or not he put himself in a position to appear offsides, however the ref was looking straight down the line at the kicke while the camera angle was 15 yards downfield and at the top of the countries biggest stadium, I’m gonna assume it wasn’t as close as the broadcast camera angle made it seem. You also can’t not call something bc it’s “close” when the guy that was offsides was the same guy that recovered the kick…
