Michigan's coaching staff from the head coach down is just bad. We have players on both sides of the ball who could have beat this Indiana team but the coaches are terrible. Fire them all and hire a head coach that has demonstrated a high level of success at this level. Coach Moore isn't it.

Agree. I thought that UoM and Indy were a pretty even matchup going into the game (just my opinion). I know Indy's record was much better. But, given who Indy had played, I felt that it was a lot closer matchup than the record showed. In the end, it was a fairly competitive game. UoM missed an opportunity to win. Its just hard to overcome really bad QB play.

I'm a lifelong OSU fan. That being said, this looks a lot like our 2011 team. Jim Tressel was forced to resign, and we elevated up one of his assistant coaches (Luke fickell) and got decimated. However, the very next year, we brought in Urban Meyer and won the national championship. You got to keep the faith.

It is forgotten or just never perceived that Jim Harbaugh played Quarterback at the NFL level, and did it well. Ya think he can read a secondary coverage? Now you know what is wrong with the Michigan offense. Like I repeatedly have said is ICONIC coaches don’t come around very often. Why was Harbaugh treated like shit? There is the ground zero of the issue. F-ing Warde was jealous of Jim. They railroaded the wrong dude. Ask Michigan State how long it took to overcome Nick Saban leaving East Lansing. @@VX1_l" Should've gone" and not "went" would be the proper way to state it. As a teacher (which you are) and a football coach, I expect your winning percentage is 100%! Just think of the great Bo Schembechler (from Barberton,Ohio). He never won a national championship in 21 years at Michigan, was 2 - 8 in the Rose Bowl and 5 - 13 in bowl games. One morning he asked his wife Millie for some cereal. She brought him a bowl and he lost it. (cymbals) I believe Urban Meyer won two national championships at Florida and one at Ohio State. Since 1948, Michigan has won 2.5 national championships over a 75 year period. Urban won three in a 13 year period. Don't argue with me, son. I've been following college football closely since 1961. Bo Schembechler was the defensive coordinator that year at Ohio State and Gary Moeller was a linebacker on that team. My daddy and I were in Ann Arbor that year and OSU defeated Michigan 50 - 20. Paul Warfield was magnificent that day. He was on the Cleveland Browns' 1964 NFL championship team. I saw that game in person, too.

I was one of the 15% that said yes to the poll. Campbell needs to be fired immediately AFTER the OSU game. Thinking that firing him last Sunday and bringing in an underling to be OC with 2 games to go is going to be any better is equivalent to the people who thought bringing in Jack Tuttle would solve the QB problem. They’re not going to find anyone worth a damn in the middle of November. If Campbell is the best that they’ve got, just think how dreadful the dude below him will be. The QB musical chairs debacle along with this entire season have been embarrassing enough. All we need is more futility with a new OC in training. If they plan on keeping Moore for another year, making a change with two games to go and then having that person also suck just makes him look even worse. Just stay the course and fire Campbell on Dec 1st.

I have to agree with the Alex Orji play calling. We’re already pretty one dimensional and you throw him in and it’s a guaranteed run play. Moore mismanaged time at the end of the game… The play calling on offense was abysmal especially the last drive. Who the f doesn’t run the ball under 4 minutes when you have a shaky QB? Why not mix in the run? You have 3 timeouts. Also why not get 3 to 5 yards a play… give yourself a chance. You don’t have Brady or Maholmes back there…

Completely disagree. We’ve had far worse talent at both the qb position and oline and have looked better. The play calling is atrocious

With all due respect … you are blind ! lol. Kirk has had some moments . But the play calling has been Aweful , frequently . And that’s just playcalling . It’s the OC who’s supposed to identify problematic areas and work with the position coaches to improve . Whether it’s holding the line accountable , reach wrs the get open , etc etc . Or simply being able to make sure the best players play , and are used to their strengths . The players are certainly accountable too . But it starts at the top . Too many problems in too many areas to not blame the head hauncho

I still think it’s a hard sell to get a top flight QB to come here. Without an absolutely compelling case that we are going to completely rehaul the offense to center around a player like Bryce Underwood why would they come here right now? Especially when LSU just had two QB’s win the Heisman in the last five years. Maybe you can argue you are bringing in new skill players and you still have the mystique of having the best OLine for three straight years with plenty of talent at that position coming in but idk even with that 10 mill NIL offer

Kirk Campbell's performance as an offensive coordinator has raised significant concerns. It seems he struggles to create effective plays, and his ability to find open receivers appears limited. I believe that Bryce Underwood may be hesitant to join the team while Kirk is in this role. I feel that there is a disconnect when it comes to offensive strategy; it seems like there may be gaps in game planning and film analysis that need to be addressed. Understanding our team's strengths and weaknesses is crucial, and it's unfortunate that inadequate planning can lead to subpar performance. I don't hold the players responsible for this; it's essential for the coaching staff to be aware of these aspects. I also feel that Sherron, as the head coach, has the ultimate responsibility for these decisions. I strongly believe it might be time to consider changes in the coaching staff, particularly regarding Kirk Campbell.

Clean house. That Indiana coach looks pretty good. How much does he make? Lincoln Riley might be available. Hand him the OC and HC in waiting. Him and about 20 transfers and this might be a decent program. Open the checkbook and see who's interested.

Been saying the same thing about the OC all year! It's been very apparent, since the first couple of weeks. The problem is the whole coaching staff really needs to be looked at being replaced. Been so many problems this year that come down to coaching. To put a rookie head coach in the driver seat almost never works, especially in top tier programs. There are going to be a lot of growing pains with that to start. You really have to put veteran high level coaches behind him for them to catch some of those growing pains.

Sherrone should relieve the offensive coordinator and call the plays himself, forthwith. He has done the job, and well. In that miraculous first touchdown drive, it was 2nd and two around midfield, and what do they call? A running play designed to get a first down, instead of a free pass play.

Come on Steve. You keep wanting to put it on some coordinator. Guess who put those coordinators in place!?!? From clock management to coordinator selection to player development to not fixing anything. It falls on the head of Sharon Moore. I guarantee you..... Even if Michigan gets a quarterback in the off-season which also was on Sharon Moore, for not getting one. Michigan will still suck next year with him at the helm. Quit trying to find a reason to keep him. The job is way too big.

By the time the NCAA hits us with sanctions and vacates wins, it will probably seem so bad after going thru this season... I'm beginning to believe Connor's impact was a lot more than I once beleived. We are still the same amoung of talent and development, but we don't charge every play like we did last year. We looked like we knew what we were doing and were right 90% of the time last year, this year not so much. Ouch.
