1:02:40 i think there is a myth that big 4 acquire. But actually big 4 is franchise model, atleast for India. If you have a firm (because India company not allowed) & meet big 4 standards. Then they will become franchise partner. They have framework which you need to follow. Yes there is a price that needs to be paid, but yes there are some perks you enjoy for that price.

53:58 it's common knowledge that everyone want to limit liabilities, so obviously everyone wants to have pvt or Ltd co. But in India follows UK laws so audit firms can't have limited liability. So traditional only firms were allowed. But now they are modernizing to facilitate succession & MDF so they are allowing LLP also.

@@BCOSANJIVSUNDAR thank bro I am actually ca intermediate student for may 2024 I was aiming for a rank or atleast exemption in 3 subject, I like to read about ai and suddenly say that accountants,tax preparer and auditor will lose there job due to ai till 2030 so I was messaging everyone i could but no one was actually ca everyone was a aspirant so everyone was giving answer based on there ego so i want answer from a ca in practice or from a job ca to help this question affected me because I was studying hard and had no backlog but after this article I have some backlog i couldn't study more than 6 hour so thanks a huge load Is taken of from me and I am not angry at you but the person who was commenting thinking everything is a joke but thanks 🙏

@@dibiyanshuchamola6936 Dude i also had the same doubt in my mind and i talked with my cousin who is a ca. he said ai will definitely take over the work which don’t require human specialisation as you said accounts, making journals ledgers etc etc can be replaced by ai but when you talk about consultinga company that’s totally irreplaceable in near future for sure. Because if that is replaced than almost everyone would lose their jobs because ai would be performing better intellectually. Also no ai software can tell you how practically you can show profits by manipulating balance sheets. There is a lot of things which ai can not replace. I cant tell you in writing but brother believe in the process it’s totally worth it you keep studying.
