Fellow Darden server here. I’ve been a waiter on and off for 20 years and it’s the best way to pick up big chunks of cash. It’s easy where I’m at to make $30-50/hr average. It’s a fun and easy job. I NEVER would want them to raise hourly. It would destroy the income of servers.
