I’ve been doing Dollar Tree for a year also, and it’s definitely not for everyone. I like my home time and don’t mind the unloading; it’s mainly waking up early that I dislike, but it’s better to start early to finish early.

I currently work at Amazon, going to school to get my CDL, they’re paying for it through the career choice program. I’m used to doing extreme labor at Amazon. Once I start, this account doesn’t seem bad at all, like a breeze compared to what I do not at Amazon.

Where I'm at my werner recruiter said something like $1.07 a mile, $260 per trailer. 900 minimum miles a week. He said you can average from $1,900-$2,300 net a week and be home on weekends. I have no experience so I'm considering it until I can get something better with my experience I'll gain. In PA

I’m on dollar tree northeast flex now and they started me off at 79CPM and $300 a load. I trained in Windsor but I’m thinking about switching to family dollar in Rome, NY. They start off 89cpm but like 225 a load. A lot more miles In Rome but the load pay isn’t the best

Yeah that’s crazy . And the family dollar you have to return the black totes . I don’t think u get paid for that. I’ve done it before. And yeah it’s a lot more miles but it’s bullshit over there. Home time sucks .

Just ran across your KZbin channel. I've done Dollar Tree before. Like you video says...it's more than a lot of physical labor. Patience is needed. How many times do you show up at a store only for them to tell you half the employees called off or running late? LOL Boxes all backed up on those rollers is the norm. You also must be one hell of a driver. Many wouldn't survive a single day backing into some of the stores we do. Takes nerves of steel and again patience. Much respect to ya driver.

It depends on what you want to do. If your looking for drop & hook or touch freight. Touch has more labor and money but drop & hook is easy and less money

Hey TWT, I appreciate your videos. Not a lot of people willing to be honest about how brutal the work can be and clear up details that are overlooked a lot. Currently about to graduate and get my CLD, looking for something to hold my current lifestyle. No stranger to manual labor and I'm decent at maneuvers. Do you think for someone willing to work hard, be on the road and grind can make at least 90k a year on the dollar tree account first year?

My area which is the north the starting solo year gross is $92k top pay ranges from 105-115k that being a leader and running 5-6days a week. And becoming comfortable with your maneuvers come with time and experience. But yes if you are okay with the labor you willl succeed for sure 💯🙏🏾

I'm currently at roadmaster in Texas. They have the dollar tree account for regional home weekly from Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming. It's literally the only account they have to where I get to go home and I need to be home for my babies at least on the weekends. Is it worth it? I'm used to the unloading due to working at Amazon and I'm confident in my driving, but the tight spaces at the dollar tree as a new driver.. Your videos got me a little nervous there sir. I'm really just nervous I guess. 🥹 I'm not sure if I should just go with it, since it's paying pretty well.

Confidence is key. Be comfortable and confident in your backing. Look back on my videos and I most definitely show the best out comes in how to figure things out in difficult situations. And trust yourself u got this. Plus home time is important to you stick with it. If it’s not worth it then time will tell. Nothing beats a trail then a failure.
