nice. This isnt for me only cuz these stores are in crazy areas and i dont want to deal with that extra stress. I dont mind the physical work, i dont like the locations. I know the turnover rate is 100% unfortunately. The only thing the warehouse people care about, including the managers, is getting the trailers loaded and out ASAP. They dont care the slightest bit about quality loading. You look like a good and genuine guy and I will say, keep that good mindset and stay positive. There is no perfect job, there will be stuff we love and stuff we dislike about EVERY job.

The recruiter said the average pay is from 1300-1500 is this true? I don’t see the 1700 guaranteed pay.
@bluegrassoutdoors3 ай бұрын
They had $1700 true up pay when I was there. Someone else mentioned them saying they had no true up pay as well now. I'm no longer there. But I wouldn't consider that account if they didn't have true up any longer.

Hi. Enjoy watching your videos. It’s great to have your son out there on the road with you. Those are great memories he’ll have forever. He’s great company and a big help to you. Does he get an allowance at all for working with you? Teaching him good work ethic at a young age. Great job. Be safe and God Bless you and your family.

Its kind of funny to me that they load those trailers the way they do then expect you bring back an organized trailer. It looks like more of an unsecured load the way they load you outbound.

I was getting around 1500-2000 miles sometimes still but the biggest part of the pay is the true up. And you’re very welcome

Enjoyed watching your videos, thank you for posting. Question, I see your trailer is fully loaded & you drive to separate stores in the same day so what determines what items go to which stores if all the items are bunched together, or are they split up in the middle?
@bluegrassoutdoors9 күн бұрын
Thank you very much 🙏 they are supposed to put plastic separators in between each store but they rarely do. But each store has its own individual label with a specific number and color. Once you get into the next store you can tell the difference after seeing the number over a hundred times from the packages you are delivering. That’s a good question and I wondered the same thing when I first started. Happy new year!

Hi, Thanks sir so much for your vids. I'm trucker, looking at a fl possible fd account, told I could expect 1400 per week...?
@bluegrassoutdoors2 ай бұрын
You’re very welcome! Thank you for the kind comment 🙏That sounds about right. I have found that many companies make the pay sound better than it is, but with us Xpress I brought home $1500 a week after taxes. They had true up pay. So as long as you were on time you made $1700, before taxes. There are some good opportunities out there in the trucking industry.
@brenttadams20182 ай бұрын
@bluegrassoutdoors why did you leave? Any major con?
@bluegrassoutdoors2 ай бұрын
The only reason I left is because of their scheduling. They don’t have a consistent schedule. 34 hours off per week but no set days as to when your time off is. I have 4 kids so for me that wasn’t okay. But other than that it pays great and I enjoyed it. It’s very physical work though.
@RuckthaRuler6 ай бұрын
What's a full week paycheck look like with the account and how do they pay you for the unloads?
@hilbillylckdown41436 ай бұрын
Cents per mile based on experience. $245 per load, $25 per store But you should expect to get your true up of $1700 a week if you do everything correctly

How do you know if you unloaded everything, it looks so chaotic.
@bluegrassoutdoors8 күн бұрын
They are supposed to put plastic separators in between each store but they rarely do. Each store has its own store number and color for the labels though, and after seeing the same label over a hundred times at the store you unload, once you see the next store label it is pretty noticeable that it’s different.
@bluegrassoutdoors8 күн бұрын
That being said, it is a mess and the way they load them can be pretty ridiculous. They will throw the store packages that you need at you current store on top of the packages for the next store many times so you’ll have to climb up and get them all.

@bluegrassoutdoors I start Monday out of Kentucky do they keep me in the closer states to Kentucky?
@bluegrassoutdoorsАй бұрын
@ I was usually sent to Mississippi at the start of the week and unloaded my first trailer there. Then I would drive back and they would send me somewhere like Tennessee or Kentucky. One day would usually be spent driving and one day unloading so it balanced out good. The only thing I didn’t like was the home time. It was random because they have no set schedules. Others than that I really liked that account and the pay was great. $1700 a week minimum as long as I was on time to my stops.
