Nice sounding horn but I guess it must be draining the battery. Just wanted to know whether you have the standard 2.4 Ah 12V battery installed on your RX-100. Relays (Cutouts) are mere switches used for installing power hungry horns or headlights. I guess you must have upgraded your battery to a higher Ah value typically 4Ah since a battery bigger than that will not fit in a RX-100 battery compartment. I suggest upgrading the meter and signal lights to LED to ease the strain on the battery. I own the last batch of RX-100 (Feb 1996) which was available in 12V electricals. Since LED bulbs are not available for RX-100, I have built the LEDs myself using the metal bulb base of fused bulbs.

How to increase the pulling power of RX100? When I’m going with my RX100 without doubles(only one person on bike), it goes smoothly and I can overtake the vehicles, but if I go with doubles(two persons on bike), it is hard to overtake and in acceleration. Use activa original petrol pipe which one fits ur 2t tank which never leaks oil and small one use activa carburetor drain pipe to carburettor then ur totally problem solved

@Rahul, yes you can re-register your vehicle (4 stroke bike) after 15 years. You will get 5 years additional authority to use legally on road and after that you have to re-register for every 5 years. But 2 stroke bikes can't be allowed by Delhi government after 15 years.
