What a great idea. I love my vegetable garden and I love to teach. In fact I am a seamstress and I have been teaching sewing classes since 2011. Most of my clients are beginners. I have been gardening for 3 years now and I want to do more with my gardening. I looked into selling plants but there is to much cost involved with a having to obtain a nursery license here in Florida. I have neighbors tell me once your finished with your garden you can come over and do mine. I laugh and say well I'll never be done with mine. 😅

We give gardening advice for free as Master Gardeners. But the follow-through rate is mixed perhaps for the reasons you describe.
