Funny thing, one of the reasons why Brasil isn't more homogeneous is because it accepted thousands of Germans and now it has millions of Germans and their descendants living within its borders. Solution is easy. Be stricter with immigration like the Danish left wing parties that only returned to power when they did so. What do they think of each other? Then you can ask the people, via referendum, and people would silently express an overwhelming "No".
