Don't think oil has any role in enhancement of cholesterol...rather oil enhances triglycerides which also creates blockagae... cholesterol comes from animal and animal derived foods like egg,chicken,red meat,full fat milk and milk products like cheese,paneer,....as most oils are vegetarians oil ...no vegetarians foods contains cholesterol..rather oil and dry foods like almonds are high in triglycerides...

We should not mix different types of oil, 1/2 litre Sunflower/Saffola oil and 3/4 litre mustard/rice bran oil should not be mixed and used. I think what Dr Sarkar has said is that we should not continue one or two types of oil through out the year. However, nowadays most young people cook following the you-tube recipe, there you will find use of too much oil/butter to make the food tasty. One should not follow that.
