I believe every word you said along with every word in scripture, but I've been physically broken and live with chronic pain 24/7. I know that I'm eternally redeemed by the blood of Christ but I'm not convinced that I'll ever be delivered from my pain this side of heaven. My heart is heavy and i'm emotionally exhausted.

Satan had power to send Jesus into the wilderness because God allowed it. And in the story of Job...God allowed that too. God is all powerful and the evil one is seeking whom he may devour because his time is short. God help us all. Pray for a hedge of protection formally true believers. God help us all!

why would God have to prove anything to Satan because Job was an upright man....God said so!

You don't have to speculate about Satan's power. God tells us exactly how much leeway Satan had to make Job suffer. It is the same in prophetic matters. Men speculate and bring their thoughts to scripture and corrupt it, while all the time if they read it carefully, God gives the meaning to us through the prophets.
