Really looking forward to starting this. Love the way you explain things. Its funny I used to work around a few programmers years ago. One of them suggested I go Python and Automation a while back. Working as a Network Admin in a large environment this will be a huge help. Will be starting the cbtnuggests course soon. Hope to join the Devnet Jedi Alliance soon : )

I am trying to finish the Automate the boring stuff for preparation to devnet then I watched this to know that I need only to chapter 5. But it is a good book, I suggest to read ut whole to fully grasp the python.

So I completed CCNA, as I commented on one your videos. I am thinking of diving into DevNet. Well, I think it's time. Thanks for the video!

Thank you Knox. I do have a question: For someone with basic/essential knowledge on both networks and python/javascript (as a consequence of being working in IT for over a decade) and wanting to go in this direction (network automation) which path do you recommend: CCNA -> DEVNET or DEVNET -> CCNA? Thank you again
@DataKnox4 жыл бұрын
CCNA first!

Is the DevNet worth it?

Hey Knox, i'd request you to create a course on VMware NSX-T on cbt nugget along with python/powershell automation and this automation means full VRA/VRO automation and how a network engineer with limited knowledge can sail through it.

Hello you most likely get this a lot but I'm just now starting to get into coding where should I start? Really want a career change.
