16GB gang here. Anyway, the loading time depends if you're using HDD or SSD RAM/VRAM is all about having those 0.1% fps lows to a considerable good and playable situations

Does the graphic card also affects the time load? Because I have 16GB RAM and it takes more than 15 seconds for the game to load for me the first time... And takes a bit more between fast travels too.

Nah, mine on igp vega 7 (Ryzen 5 5500u) got similiar time load, must be stroage like ssd sata/nvme compare to old hdd

Gpu doesn't affect load times, it'll probably be your hard drive or CPU. VRAM will affect framerates though, you'd want like 4GB VRAM for smooth gameplay.

Bro I ran wuwa on my 8 gb ram pc... It had gtx 1650 card and i5 10400f... It ran absolute dogshit there... I barely got 40 fps even on the lowest settings... After installing another 8 gb... It ran much better... Still dont hit 60 fps... It fluctuates between 50-55 fps...
