Hey Fighters!! I tried the whole green-screen set up this time to make the video look more professional. Do you like the new style?!
@lakshit19904 жыл бұрын
I personally think that your home background is much better. Makes me feel more connected that's it's normal person just like me. Just when the video started in my head something was not right and now I know through this comment that it was the green screen. I think that your own home background makes you guys YOU and conveys that you guys are in the real urban World and fighting this fight alongside us. Thats just my opinion. Maybe other viewers have a different point of view.

Oh goddd! I love you so much. You are sucha genuine person and I've so much respect for you. I'm a fresher and have been preparing for interviews. I acknowledge every tip of yours. And when you said "To be stuck in the same place for years" it really hit me hard. I've completed my BBA this year and crazily looking for jobs. I wanna start my career with a company. And tbh, it's very difficult for freshers to get into a good company on their own. Companies want experience. But I totally don't understand that when I am trying to get experience for the first time coz fresher then how can they expect any experience from me. This is so messed up. I feel after a certain experience, it is okay to set a clear salary expectation from the very beginning. Hiring is a time and energy intensive process. Therefore, knowing that the company is able to meet your expectations, is important. Yes, there are humbler ways to ask. Also, if a company is not able to meet your expectations, there is no harm in asking for freelance opportunity.
@aryanali7791 Жыл бұрын

I think even giving a salary range isn't good thing to do. You're still locking yourself into those figures. And of course recruiter will go on the lower end of your number. Just ask what are the responsibilities, what other perks are included and you can also ask what kind of salary do other workers at this position have in that company.
