Your videos are really crucial to me. When I gave my first interview in my life, the first question was asked was ' tell me about yourself' and I was totally blanked. Consequently I was rejected. And in 2nd interview I was prepared for that question and also prepared little bit for other questions.. Fortunately I cracked that one. Hereafter I gave many interviews but I got rejected. But I am happy to say that a month ago I have been appointed as a Project officer of a CSR project. But Co insidently the each questions you made in the videos were asked bythe HR in my 3 subsequent level of interviews. But I was little bit confused and less confident. English is just a Language not your Knowledge. It's just a tool to convey your thoughts if you can convey your message to other people and its understandable that's more enough. English has variant sentence formations, you can build your own sentence formation. Its that flexible and no one cares how this formation could be possible. So play it with your full confidence. So How to build my confidence level ? When you are strong with your own skills and when you have the enough knowledge about the skills what the recruiter really needs. It will help you with your confidence and to open up your mouth. When you have cent percent confident of your skills you will not be in silent mode you will automatically try to expose yourself to shine. Just go with your passion and try to convey them that how important is this in your life.
