hey, I have a deal here where I am subcontracting to a gentleman and he gets 70%. I get 30% of gross, but I don’t need to carry any of the insurances. I don’t pay for the rentals I don’t pay for the gas. All I paid for is the software we used to book and to charge customeris this a good deal? I mean, I’ve been in a business 22 years. It seems like a good deal, but sometimes I don’t know if I’m getting everything that I could get if I just maybe tailored be the Soul owner and just being more organized.

General question using your example of 20% profit - does this profit come after your income or you pull your income out of the 20%?

It depends on how you have your owner compensation is set up. Generally, I like to see owners take home 20%.
