How much should you pay your babysitter?

This is honestly one reason I don’t babysit as an adult with a masters degree. It is mortifying to watch someone’s 3 kids for 3 hours and then get paid a total of $30. I mean, like, I could get paid more working at a convenience store … with a lot less stress and responsibility!
