Run your clean out material through a brew 100 mesh bag (brew in a bag). Then pump the extract out of the tub to your trailer with a little 110v floor sump pump. Saves a lot of time

Next you need to follow along with a buddy who is still doing heavy tillage and chemicals and see how much time they spend shopping for chemicals, driving out/back to the chemical vendor warehouse to get the chemicals, and time to mix that stuff for their tanks. I suspect you will be 'a wash' or even ahead of the time game with your onsite bioreactors and mixing processes -- while saving a pile of cash. ... Jon Maple Grove Farms channel does a couple of white-board episodes comparing conventional tillage to no-till and strip-till which might be a useful model to compare chemical vs biological systems for time and money. Jon showed how he and his wife could do it all compared to having to hire someone to fill in time gaps when he was doing conventional tillage.

What’s the shelf life of compost extract. If you could have a 10000 gallon tank full before seeding. Make 30% of your daily usage during seeding. Spread your time out.

I support you completely, don’t take this the wrong way. The right way to farm is what works for you. But this glorious land known as the good old US of A fed 4-5 times the tonnage of mammals alone 500 years ago than it does now. It did it without any synthetics, and without any greased lightening. Please take that the right way. I’d rather see you do less regen, and more conventional, slowely moving in the right direction, than see you switching from buying one type of input, to a new one. Not only that, trying to do natures work for her might cause more harm than good.
