OK everybody I’m not trying to be a hater here but I can gain more weight in one minute then he can gain in an hour post an actual video where you gain some thing that could be challenging to me and I’ll see if I can beat it in a minute. He gained 1.3 kg that is not worth my time I can gain more than that in a minute with ease I’m not trying to brag I’m just saying most human beings can gain more than that in a few minutes not an hour and my original comment was that I can gain more Weight In an hour then he done in a day that was all I was trying to say not because I’m really good at it just because an average human being can gain more than this. I gained 12 pounds during my eating challenge against Will Tennison in nine hours and that was not trying to gain weight that was me trying to just eat more calories from my cookbook

Quick bit of googling and you shouldn't drink more than 2 or so litres an hour, and if you do start eating salt to increase your blood sodium levels and prevent brain swelling e.t.c. So let's say 1.5litres water + 1-2kg of food and you're looking at a max weight gain of 3.5-4kg. So not bad Joe!

You man don’t lesson to any one if you are hungry eat if you full stop don’t eat more and if you have a hard workout and 2hour cardio you should eat a loot and make sure make that you are fasting at least 5houre to boost you metabolism to eating a large meal but I love you chalenge I which the world see me how much I eat in one meals per day or three meals per day but (note it all about how much can you stomach expend and glycogen store in your muscle )

Yo I have a tip for u for bench. You say that your chest is your weakest point right ? It’s cuz when u bench your arms are too close together. Widen your grip on bench to open up the pectorals more. Hope that helps 👍🏻
