@dxnpaniicz56632 жыл бұрын
A routine takes 5 days to form, force yourself to exercise for an hour a day during these 5 days aswell as your ‘calorie counting’ (which in itself is regressive) - and you will lose weight , fast! It’s a very simple science our brain complicates.
@dxnpaniicz56632 жыл бұрын
You would actually have lost weight quicker and healthier by not counting your calories - but simply cutting portion sizes and exercising for 1 hour every day. Your body will look better for it also as opposed to dieting alone.
@RyanSmith-ze3hg2 жыл бұрын
@@dxnpaniicz5663 false. The amount of calories burned from exercise is minimal compared to how many you generally burn in a day. So calorie counting is absolutely the most important part and best way to gain results. Weight loss is 95% diet.

Gotta start somewhere mate and your eating choices are smart for someone starting out, people often go straight for salads and starving themselves but if you’re significantly overweight just stick to 2.5k calories and 10k steps a day, you will lose a significant amount of weight and be much fitter whilst still eating a relatively bad diet (wraps, crisps, cake, pasta)

Glad you're on the fitness grind, but I just have a bit of advice. I know you're making an entertaining video and trying to loose as much as you can in one week, but for your long term goals this could be a bit detrimental. Cutting your calories right down to 2000 at the beginning will allow you to loose weight quick, but your body does eventually plateau as it gets more used to the calorie intake. Slowly taking of calories as you see the scale plateauing will allow you to keep progressing at a constant speed. whereas cutting your calories quickly at the beginning, when you start to plateau you don't have much more calories for you to take off. I know this might sound obvious but it is a very common mistake people make. Hope the fitness journey goes well!

Here’s some tips for everyone to lose weight SUStainably -Drink 4 litres of water -Half of your dinner plate should be veg and the other 2 quarters should be fibre and protein -Walk for an hour or have a gym session with 30 minutes being on a treadmill with an incline -Have a high protein and high fibre breakfast(e.g would be eggs and porridge oats) -For snacks have pickled onions,jalapeños,peppers,avocado or a cucumber as these are very health beneficial -drink 500ml of lemon water as soon as you wake up,unwaxed lemons are best -Have fish as much as you can with every dinner as it is the best source of meat -For carbohydrates,lentils or brown rice would be best as white rice and pasta contain a lot of carbs and starch -Best fruits would be apples oranges and pears,vegetables would be avocado,green veg and mushrooms In a month I lost 8 pounds by doing all this,hope this helps at least 1 person

You should try using a stationary bike and some weights because 10,000 steps a day can be unsustainable at a high weight. It takes more of a toll on your body. This is actually really inspiring to see what you’re doing Randy! I know what it’s like wanting to loose weight & having to push myself, funnily enough it took the pandemic for me to evaluate my life & how I was pushing myself to the brink of obesity, it also didn’t help that I was stress eating so much & dealt (and still am) with a lot of mental health stuff, I was slightly over 19 Stone (just over 120 KG) in April 2020 & as of now in May 2022 I weighed just over 10 Stone (around 63.5 KG), I’ve lost since then around 125 pounds, I didn’t do it for anyone else I did it for me because I wasn’t happy with how I felt or looked, I’m still trying to now even shape myself into what my goal 2 years ago was to be mentally & physically, it takes time but even those little walks or runs or gym sessions are great because they not only help you physically they can help you mentally as preachy as it sounds it’s mind over matter because really that’s the muscle we’ve all gotta look after rightly so is our brains! Keep on grinding Randy this is really inspiring for someone like me who knows what it’s like to want to lose weight well done my guy! 👏
