How Much Will I Have to Pay in Car Sales Tax in Oklahoma (OK)?

Back in 2022 I had a tag agent tell me I had to pay the the purchase price taxable amount and not the difference of minus the trade-in and down payment.

I see the 4.5% but there's nothing there about whether or not I have to pay the standard sales tax of $.08/$1.00; The video only comments about "different from the other sales tax." So, 4.5% + $.08/$1.00 or not? As for the "gift" bit I gave my Camry to her yet she haad to pay nearly $900.00 to change the title and tag.
